Congratulations on passing your final apprenticeship exam

W&P Engineering AG warmly congratulates the two apprentices Silvan Lingg and Max Huber. The two successfully completed their final exams and received the Federal Certificate of Proficiency as building services planners for heating. Despite the uncertainty surrounding the final exams due to the Corona pandemic, the two men were able to demonstrate their skills at the right time and achieve good results.

As we all know first hand, spring 2020 is not the same as any other spring. Due to the corona pandemic, a lockdown was declared and all schools were closed for in-person classes. Silvan and Max finished their vocational school time online. As a result of the lockdown, all apprenticeship exams also had to be cancelled and postponed indefinitely. It was not clear whether and how exams would take place at all.
As the number of cases fell, restrictions were relaxed and it was now possible to carry out qualification procedures. Compared to previous years, the extent of the examinations was limited, but they were announced at short notice. With the practical work, the presentation of this work and a written examination, everything was demanded with a short lead time.

That is precisely why we as a company are very proud that you, Max and Silvan, have mastered this unusual situation with flying colors and successfully completed your apprenticeship as a building services engineer for heating. Congratulations!

Max Huber

Max Huber has been working at W&P Engineering AG for almost 3.5 years. As a qualified heating engineer, Max decided to start an apprenticeship as a building services planner for heating systems (EFZ) at W&P Engineering AG. Now that he has completed his additional apprenticeship, we are delighted that Max Huber is staying with our team. As before, he will strengthen the heating team and help our customers achieve the comfort they desire.

Silvan Lingg

Silvan Lingg has been part of the W&P Engineering AG team for more than 18 months. Like Max Huber, Silvan Lingg first completed training as a heating installer EFZ and then decided to start an additional apprenticeship as a building services planner for heating EFZ. Unfortunately, Silvan will be leaving us at the end of July and moving to a building services company near his home in Seetal. W&P Engineering AG would like to thank you very much and wishes you all the best for the future.
