    When working as a building services engineer, most of the work is done sitting down. It's no secret that this is not sustainable for health in the long term. As a company, we want to do our part to promote the health of our employees. For example, height-adjustable desks are standard for every employee. This does not solve the problem of a lack of exercise. On this basis, our in-house "W&P Sport & Lunch" campaign takes place every week. During the lunch break, the team does different sports together and then has a healthy lunch to recharge their batteries for the rest of the day. We want to take on our responsibility to ensure that our employees feel good in the long term and that their health is sustainably supported.

Apprenticeships in building technology at W&P Engineering

Building technology plays a major role in the construction of a project. To ensure that this remains the case, young specialists with innovation are needed.

The training of young skilled workers is very important to W&P Engineering AG. For many years, apprentices in various trades have successfully completed their training at the company every year. Our aim is to offer young aspiring professionals the best possible conditions. Whether additional or initial training, we would be happy to support you in starting your professional life as a building services engineer.

initial training

There is an opportunity for school leavers to start training as a building services planner. With us, you will learn the basics of the respective trade and how to apply them. With the support of the vocational school and the inter-company courses, you can directly implement the practices learned in theory in practice. In order to understand the processes on the construction site, you will attend an internship at a company carrying out the work during your training.

Thanks to your previous training, you already have the technical basics. We strive to consolidate and expand on these basics. With us, you will learn about and implement the entire process of a project, as well as the calculations and planning bases that need to be created.
