The entire residential development is 2000Watt certified. There was no need to insert ventilation or sanitary pipes into the concrete. The technical rooms on the flat roof were built and prefabricated industrially in a factory. Precise positioning of the technical rooms on the roof using a crane, with the advantage that all technical rooms are identical and of the same construction. This simplifies maintenance for the management.
