On behalf of Credit Suisse and Schwarz Architects, realization of the residential development in Urban Bülach. The residential development meets all Criteria of sustainable construction and was implemented with a geothermal heat pump heating and apartment ventilation. The entire residential Settlement is Minergie certified and meets ECO criteria but is not certified.
